OUR HISTORY
The studio was born in 2012 from the will of the architect. Federico Ponzianelli to offer all the professional skills of the construction sector.Since that date various professionals in the field of architectural design, urban planning, facility management and structural calculation have been affiliated to the studio.This is accompanied by the extensive experience in the field of the owner and the associates, in Italy and abroad and the constant updating of the legislation, the changing needs of the worldof construction in terms of performance and economics.The structure is housed in a business center characterized by a large open space, meeting room and individual offices with 8 PC workstations and a printing and plotting area.The studio follows both public and private projects and has the skills required for fire prevention planning and workplace safety coordination.

Schematic design
In this phase, you will find yourself evaluating the project idea together with our team. We will define the characteristics of the project and what we want to achieve.
