The Federici farmhouse, inside the Appia Antica Park, is the subject of a widespread preliminary static consolidation, followed by a renovation of the apartments through the use of energy saving technologies and the use of traditional materials.

Executives - 4emme service Spa
Rome
The company 4emme service SpA asked us to renovate the Rome office, creating a laboratory for structural diagnosis. Through a new steel mezzanine the office space has been doubled and recreational spaces have been created. A new cladding with a ventilated wall and photovoltaic panels have reduced energy consumption.
Multi-family residential
Rome, Morena location
The project includes 2 four-family units, it has been adapted for the reduction of the plot due to an archaeological find. It was necessary to thicken the technical volumes on the roof for the photovoltaic systems and to modify the vehicle ramp.
Multifunctional and leisure buildings
Rome, Cinecittà
The theater was built identical to the one bombed in 1944, of which the original drawings and period photos remain. The challenge was to decrease the environmental impact with materials that meet the CAM criteria and with a fully recyclable dry infill.
In addition, modern acoustic, anti-seismic and thermotechnical criteria have been met, through the use of a package calibrated to contain thermal dispersion and limit acoustic and thermal bridges.
Single family villa
Sant'Angelo Romano, (RM)
The restructuring concerned an agricultural warehouse which was surrounded by a new reinforced concrete structure. on 2 levels with wooden roof.An outbuilding was built and the surrounding garden was arranged which slopes down with a series of terraces.
